In der Region Connemara, welche im Westen der Insel liegt. Landschaftlich teil sich Connemara in ein s\u00fcdliches Heide- und Moorgebiet und im Norden finden sich mehrere 700m hohe Berge (Twelve Bens). Unser Hausberg war nicht ganz so hoch, aber der Aufstieg lohnt sich trotzdem.
